Leadership

Birdseye Strategies Founder, Noam Lee, brings to his varied clients nearly two decades of state, local, and national political experience building and managing teams, driving stakeholder engagement, raising money, and delivering results.

As Executive Director of the Democratic Governors Association from 2019-2022, he built substantive and meaningful relationships with governors, key decision-makers in their administrations, and political operatives in every state, transforming the DGA into the indispensable resource that governors have come to rely on when weighing critical decisions and running their campaigns.

Under his leadership, the DGA had its most successful cycle in history.  The DGA raised and deployed more than $400 million, flipping three states in 2022 and electing Democratic governors in challenging political environments thought to be insurmountable for Democrats that year in states as diverse as Arizona, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Pennsylvania.

Before taking the helm at the DGA, Noam served as the Association’s National Finance Director and Major Donor Director. Prior to joining the DGA, Noam was a key staffer for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s 2010 re-election and for Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

A Tempe, Arizona native, Noam lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL with his wife Steph two rambunctious little guys Julian and Adrian.
